Church Street requires a preauthorisation of a debit/credit card upon check-in to cover any incidentals which guests may incur during their stay. The amount authorised is GBP 250 per apartment. Upon departure, a member of the housekeeping and maintenance team will check the apartment and providing any/all incidentals have been settled for at check-out the authorisation will be released back to the guests. Although Church Street instructs the card issuer to release the authorisation on the departure date; some card issuers can take up to 10 working days to release the authorisation. When entering the room if guests notice anything wrong they should contact reception to ensure that they are not held accountable for it. Please note the same card used for the booking needs to be presented on arrival. Additional beds are available at the hotel on request and at an addition cost, cots are provided complimentary. When booking 3 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
