This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Résidence Pierre & Vacances Premium Les Alpages de Chantel in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. After booking, you may reserve the location of your accommodation by calling the residence. Location preferences are subject to availability and available at an additional cost. For stays of 7 nights, guests may check in from 17:00 and should check out before 10:00. Prices include: bed linen, bath linen (1 big towel + 1 small towel), a kitchen towel, a bath mat, a cleaning kit, beds made on arrival, end-of-stay cleaning (except for kitchen area and dishes), basic Wifi, TV, all taxes and fees (except for the tourist tax). Guests may access the residence's indoor heated swimming-pool, sauna, hammam, cardio-training room and relaxation room for free. Access to the spa, massage and beauty treatments are available at an extra cost. For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation. In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees. Pets are only accepted upon presentation of an anti-rabies certificate. Extra charges apply. Reception opening hours : Sunday to Friday : 08:00 to 12:00 and 15:00 to 20:30 - Saturday : 08:00 to 21:00. Please note that the spa does not offer any treatments or massages until further notice. However, the hammam, sauna and swimming pool remain available .
