A damage deposit of EUR 1000 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the access to the Spa and fitness room of the Résidence CGH is at an extra fee. Please note that a EUR 250 end-of-stay cleaning fee is not included in the price. You can choose to pay the fee or clean the accommodation yourself. Bed linen and towels are not provided.
