Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 2000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that a roll-away extra bed can be added upon request in the following rooms: - Superior Double Room - Prestige Double Room - Junior Suite Payment for extra beds is due upon arrival. Please note that for guests on the half-board rate, mandatory supplements will be charged for Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve dinners. They must be booked in advance and paid on arrival. A set menu (drinks excluded) will be served, for the following fees: - dinner on Christmas Eve: EUR 140 per person and EUR 50 per child aged between 3 and 12 years old - dinner on New Year's Eve: EUR 220 per person and EUR 80 per child aged between 3 and 12 years old
