Important Information
In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Please inform Vacancéole - Les Gentianes in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Guests are required to contact Vacancéole after booking to get all the necessary information regarding your stay (reception opening hours, accommodation address, additional services available, things to do in the area and other practical information). For more information regarding accommodation for guests with reduced mobility, please contact the property. The apartments are available from 17:00 on the arrival day to 10:00 the day of departure. Reception opening hours: From Sunday to Friday: 08:30 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 19:00 Saturday: 08:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 20:00 For stays from 1 to 6 nights, bed linen and towels are provided but beds are not made upon arrival. Bed linen and towels change is possible upon request and for an extra charge. End-of-stay cleaning is included in the rate, except for the kitchen area and dishes which must be cleaned by the guests. If guests don’t clean the kitchenette and wash the dishes, extra fees will be charged. One pet per accommodated is accepted for EUR 10 per night or EUR 46 per week upon request. TV is available to rent for EUR 8 per day or EUR 35 per week.
