After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. If you plan to arrive after 18:00 please notify the residence in advance. Please note that cleaning is not included in the reservation. You can clean the apartment yourself or pay for end-of-stay cleaning at your arrival. Please note that for stays of 1 to 6 nights, end-of-stay cleaning is included in the price, but you must clean the kitchen and do the dishes before your departure.
