Important Information
Please inform R.T.A. Hotel des Alpes 2 in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. If you expect to arrive outside check-in hours, please inform the property in advance. From 1 June until 30 September there is no reception service at the property. In this period, daily cleaning is not provided. When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of € 50,00 per small-sized pet and € 100,00 per medium/big sized pet, per stay applies. Towels, bed and kitchen linen is provided. Please note that the rearrangement and change of towels is done weekly.
