Please inform Hotel Jogakura in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests with a tattoo may not be permitted to enter public bathing areas and other public facilities. Please note that the property does not have an elevator. To use the property's free shuttle from JR Aomori Station, please make a reservation at least 3 days in advance. The schedule is as follows: From station to hotel - 15:30 From hotel to station - 09:00 Guests with a group bigger than 5 people can request a pick-up shuttle from Aomori city or Aomori Airport. Please make a reservation at least 5 days in advance.
