This room is complimented by silver furnishings. It has a large bathroom complete with a claw-foot bath and a separate shower. There is a traditional cast iron fireplace and pine furnishings. The white iron bedstead with crowned organza is the central feature of the room.

This room, on the upper floor, has cream and gold colour scheme. There is Kauri French doors which lead onto the private balcony.Guests can enjoy the unhindered views of Mount Victoria, the roof tops of Devonport and the Waitemata extending to the harbour, bridge and city. The bathroom has a pretty clay tiled floor shower.
Double or Twin Room with Garden View (Twin/Double, Sleeps 2, 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom)
This room, situated on the lower ground floor has its own private courtyard and entry. It is self-contained with a refrigerator, sink and a microwave provided. You have the choice of a super king-size bed or 2 single beds complimented by an unusual French Headboard. The furnishings are French Provincial in style.There are views of the sub-tropical garden, which has a lovely collection of palm trees, stag horns and bromeliads. Guests can enjoy a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine, listening to the soothing sound of water trickling over the rock pools.

This French provincial style room has views towards the beach and harbour. In the summertime it has views of the Pohutukawa trees, which display their fluffy red blooms for Christmas. The en suite bathroom is small and compact in size and nautical in design, complete with a porthole window. This room has a super king-sized bed or 2 single-sized beds. You can request your preferred bedding configuration in the Special Requests Box at the time of booking.

There are uninterrupted views of Mount Victoria and the rooftops of Devonport and you can overlook the Waitemata harbour. The bathroom has a clay-tiled floor and a shower.
