Failure to do so will result in check-in being permitted and the booking cancelled. The minimum guest age is 25 years old. Any guests under 25 must be accompanied by an adult who is 25 years or above. Only the booked number of guests are permitted to use the property. Any additional guests will be charged for and may result in the loss of the security deposit. No parties/loud music or anti-social behaviour allowed. Late check-out/early check-in can be requested at a charge of £20 per hour. This is granted at the discretion of the property and is subject to availability.
