Important Information
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please present the credit card used to make this reservation upon check-in at the hotel. Club Ambassador Lounge is only available for those above the age of 14, whereas, children under the age of 14 are not allowed in even when accompanied by their guardians. Executive rooms can accommodate up to 2 adults. (Children under the age of 14 cannot be accommodated) If you make a reservation with breakfast included, an extra fee will be charged for a child breakfast. [Child (Under Age 12) - KRW 27,500 / Free of Charge : Under 48 months] Please note that the fitness center, swimming pool, sauna, and screen golf course are closed on the first Wednesday of each month.
