On 30 acres in the White Mountains of New Hampshire, The Bray Hill House sits on a hillside at the end of a private drive. This residence perched at an elevation of 1,500 feet looking out on two mountain ranges and the town of Jefferson.
Important Information
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of USD 500 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Guests will receive a rental agreement and house policies, which must be signed and returned directly to the property within 5 days of receipt to confirm booking. Guests must be 27 years of age or older to check in. Please note, only dogs are allowed at the property. Guests have the option of one 23 kg and up dog or two 11.3 kg dogs. During the winter months, the property is only accessible with a four wheel drive. Please note that a rental agreement must be signed and returned directly to the property. Three-Bedroom House (Holiday Home, Sleeps 6, 3 Bathrooms)
All the bedrooms are located on the second floor of the house and feature a queen bed. The master bedroom has a cathedral ceilings, bay windows, offers mountain views and includes an en suite jetted tub with his and hers vanities and an outdoor porch. The other 2 rooms share a bathroom.
