Nestled on a bluff across from Cowell's Beach, this 3-story Victorian home is a restful bed and breakfast that offers unique guestrooms and thoughtful amenities just steps from the Santa Cruz Beach and Boardwalk.

Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property is taking steps to help protect the safety of guests and staff. Certain services and amenities may be reduced or unavailable as a result. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. If cancelled before 7 days prior to arrival, the property will refund the deposit minus a cancellation fee. Your total charges include all taxes and a $10 per night historic conservation fee. This fee supports maintaining our unique historic Victorian mansion and the Historic Preservation Commission of Santa Cruz, dedicated to maintaining the many historic buildings throughout the City. Pets are allowed in this property upon request as long as they do not exceed the weight limit of 40 lbs. Please contact the property in advance. Additional fees may apply. At check-in, guests must present the same credit card that was used to make the reservation. Group Bookings not allowed which includes more than 2 separate bookings by same guest or more than 3 rooms booked on single reservation.
